Ever need to contact your company's Iron Mountain Connect administrators but don't know who they are or how to get in touch? The My Administrator lookup makes finding your admins fast and easy.

1. Log in to the Iron Mountain Connect homepage.
2. Click the My Administrator quick link. 
3. The CUAs at your company are listed with email and phone number. 
4. Sort the results that display:
   • Entire list in ascending or descending alphanumeric order:    
     1. Click the dropdown selector  to the right of any of the columns.
     2. Hover over the appropriate sort icon:
        • Sort in ascending alphanumeric order 
        • Sort in descending alphanumeric order
   • By Last Name:
     1. Click the order indicator  next to the Last Name column to change the sort order based on the CUAs' last name.
     2. Click a second time to reverse the order.
